The rectangular design of the frame is classy and a great choice for both men and women Maui Jim have built this frame using cellulose propionate; this is an extremely strong yet lightweight molded plastic which provides a sturdy, highly comfortable fit. The spring hinge on these sunglasses has been made from anti-corrosive nickel-silver metal this allows the frame retain its position for extended periods of time, mitigating any need for adjustment. The lenses you receive with this model are fully tinted, composed from SuperThin glass, and are 20% thinner than other standard glass material available. They also contain Maui Jim's patented polarizedplus2 technology that provides the highest level of UV protection (it blocks 99.9% glare and 100% of UV rays.)
