Our experienced lab technicians are at hand to give you a super-fast delivery to anywhere in the UK for same day dispatch, next day delivery. You can even collect your glasses the same day if you visit our office in Chiswick, London.

Yes, we will send you an email once the order is dispatched.
In most cases, you will be left with a collection card from your local sorting/post office. If the parcel is not collected and gets returned back to us then we will have to charge you to repost it.
If the order is lost by the shipping company - we will dispatch a new parcel for you. However, we are not responsible if you instruct the courier company to leave the goods unattended.
