      About The Brand
This is the glamorous half of the Emporio Armani brand. If you are looking for sunglasses with a bit more sophistication and elegance, this is the brand for you. The Giorgio label is the most luxurious out of the seven labels under the Armani umbrella.
Giorgio Armani was the first designer to ban anorexic models from modelling for his brand. The choice was made after the Brazilian model, Ana Carolina Reston, who then modelled for the brand died from starvation due to Anorexia Nervosa.
In 2012, the brand unveiled its Italian Olympic kit to the public. The brand was selected to represent Italy as people felt that Giorgio was one of the most successful Italian designers, and his love of sports helped him to secure the job.
      Eyewear Collection
Glamorous, elegant, and sophisticated are words to describe the sunglasses in this collection. Expect to see luxurious frames made from the finest sourced materials and crafted by the most skilled hands. With designer eyewear, the majority of the production is still done by hand; this is why the prices of designer eyewear can be very high.
All of the frame shapes in the collection are very classic and chic. You will notice a lot of round and oval frames in the women's collection and the men’s collection consists of classic styles such as the squared frame. You can also expect more subtle, complimentary colours as opposed to bright and vibrant hues. This is due to the brand’s image; the choice of colours must reflect the brand, naturally.
Top Tip: If you have trouble finding a pair that suits you or you can never find sunglasses that fit, why not visit your local opticians who can help you find one that suits you?
Many of the brand’s sunglasses can also be adapted for those who have a prescription.
