Please note that orders of more than 2 frames are classed as a bulk order. If you wished to return more than two frames to us you will be charged a restocking fee of £10 per frame.
Christmas returns policy: Our extended Christmas returns policy on non bespoke (prescription) items is valid from 23rd October 2017. This means that you can now return online purchases up until 10th January 2018. Exclusions apply.
Returning Chanel products: On Chanel eyewear we will refund return postage of up to £7.15. If you are using a service that does not display the cost of postage on the shipping label please make sure to include a copy of your postage receipt.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item in perfect condition with the original packaging intact.

We recommend returning your goods via a courier or Royal Mail service that requires a signature such as Special Delivery. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely to avoid any damage as it is the customer's responsibility to return the item in perfect condition with the original packaging intact.
Please include either your invoice or a note with your name and order number and the reason for return.
We always strive to action your refund as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. All refunds will be to the account originally used.
